At Naples Premium Collision Center, we know that you want your repairs to be done fast, done to your budget, and done right the first time. You want your vehicle to look and perform just as it did prior to the damage occurring. That’s why Naples Premium Collision Center is considered the top collision center in the Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the Bonita Springs region.
In fact, we feel our processes, equipment, and technicians are up to any challenge you can throw at them. Our highly-trained technicians continually receive refreshers on the latest techniques, and are among the most meticulous craftsmen in the area. Unfortunately, even with our full attention and thorough quality inspections, failures can occur. That’s why we stand behind all repairs done at our shop, with our Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers all aspects of our collision repair.
Quite a bit of what goes into collision repair is fixing the cosmetics of a vehicle. This includes the metalwork and the painting, both of which are covered through our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Metalwork, including welding and the materials utilized in making the repairs, can deteriorate through cracking and flaking, plus other deterioration. This does not, however, cover rust repairs. In the case of metalwork faults, Naples Premium Collision Center will repair and repaint damage caused in spite of reasonable use, maintenance, and care of the vehicle.
Paint can be very temperamental, and can fail in a number of ways. Improper application temperature, debris in the air, or improper application procedure can produce paint failures. Even using our state-of-the-art paint booths, paint can fail through blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation. When this happens, we will re-prime, repaint, or otherwise repair the sections of your vehicle that fall under our warranty.
All Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Genuine parts are covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty. Naples Premium Collision Center cannot warranty these parts any longer than the manufacturer does, but will repair or replace any defective part while it is under warranty. The use of the part must fit within both the Manufacturer’s terms and our terms in regards to appropriate, reasonable use, maintenance, and care of the vehicle.
Any repairs that we conduct on your vehicle that relate to the original collision damage, from the suspension to electrical components, to air conditioning and more, will be re-repaired under the warranty, unless the fault is caused by unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. This includes repairing any mechanical assembly or component warranted.
The Warranty Claims Process
If you think you have a claim under our warranty, please get in touch with a service advisor as soon as possible. Your warranty claim will be processed by our Collision Center director, and we will help to schedule further repairs. We will give full and thorough consideration to any warranty claim, and provide detailed explanations of why we find a claim to be valid or not.
As with all warranties, damage that is cause through unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of your vehicle will void the warranty. For full, written details of our warranty and any exemptions, make sure to speak with your service advisor when you have your vehicle in for repairs.
